old (?) oekaki bbs

I was wondering if there are any boards that aren't paint bbs. The artwork you do in this kind of board looks like it's been done on ms paint, but also there are features for "halftone." You can't do stuff that looks it's been airbrushed or with "watercolours." I like some of these kinds of boards because they're easier to use with a mouse (like it looks cleaner :) ).
The links in the memories section don't really work anymore, by the way, except oekakies.com, the Japanese website.
